Our program is high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating. Adults love our program. SELF-DEFENSE
This program is a combination of submission grappling and kickboxing along with the more traditional styles of martial arts for the purpose of learning the most effective life saving techniques when attacked with a stick, club, knife, gun, etc.
KICKBOXING
Our kickboxing classes are fast paced, high energy, exhilarating and fun. Through your first phase of training you will learn how to shadow box (executing smooth combinations involving footwork, jabs, hooks, uppercuts, front kicks, round kicks, etc) while burning loads of calories and shedding those unwanted pounds. Your second phase of training will involve pad work and learning to absorb, slip, sweep, and evade actual strikes coming at you in a safe fun environment.
SUBMISSION GRAPPLING
Our submission grappling classes are safe and tons of fun. One on one confrontations end up on the ground 80% of the time if you don't know what you're doing. We teach you quick no-nonsense life saving escapes, submissions, positioning and transitions from side mount, top mount, guard, etc. What better way to prepare if you ever end up in a life threatening situation on the ground?
TAEKWONDO
In this program you will learn traditional forms, self-defense, and weapons that will enable you to advance rank in Taekwondo. You will become strong, fit, and confident while learning how to perform the most effective kicking system in martial arts. This program is geared for those individuals wishing to earn their black belt in the most popular martial arts in the world.
